SHEILA METZNER

Sheila Metzner started out in advertising in 1961. Over the years her work has been featured in Vanity Fair, Vogue, Rolling Stone, Conde Nast Traveler, and clients include Bergdorf Goodman, Valentino, Ralph Lauren and Fendi. As well she has worked in the television and film industry, directing commercials and even produced and directed a short film on Man Ray. She is the recipient of many awards including the Pratt Institute Herschel Levit A ward, among others, and continues to exhibit her work around the world. Her work is included in such prominent collections as the The Museum of Modern Art, The International Center for Photography and The Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Sheila Metzner is one of only ten American photographers working in the Fresson Quadrichrome process.
